3 31-07-2025Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the opposite parties.
2. Learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that the order dated 04-10-2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 5980 of 2011 (Annexure-1), which is the subject matter of the present Patna High Court MJC No.2735 of 2023(3) dt.31-07-2025 2/2 contempt petition, has already been duly complied with.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the order under contempt has now been fully complied with, he seeks permission to withdraw the present contempt petition as it has become infructuous.
4. Permission, as prayed for, is granted.
5. Accordingly, the present M.J.C. application is dismissed as withdrawn, having become infructuous.
