Section 16(1) in Telangana Irrigation Utilisation and Command Area Development Act, 1984
(1)After the approved scheme has been published by the Land Development Officer, or where proceedings is pending before the District Collector under sub-section (4) of section 13 after it has been disposed off the Land Development Officer shall give notice in such manner as may be prescribed; that the works in the approved scheme shall be executed within such time and through such agency appointed by him, as may be specified therein.
