Order 29/05/2019 Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the issue raised in the present writ petitions is squarely covered by judgment in the case of Revant Ram Meghwal & Ors. v. State of Rajasthan & Ors. : S.B.C.W.P. No. 13731/2018, decided on 27.11.2018, wherein, it was held that the ground conditions were appropriate and the writ petitions were rejected.
Further submissions have been made that the appeals filed by the candidates qua the said direction in the case of Revant Ram Meghwal (supra) have also been rejected by the Division Bench on 21.05.2019.

(4 of 4) In view of the above fact situation, as the issue raised in the present writ petitions is squarely covered by judgment in the case of Revant Ram Meghwal (supra), against which, the appeal is said to have been rejected by the Division Bench, the present writ petitions are also dismissed.
