In the present writ petition, the challenge is to the award dated 26.02.2008 (Annexure-P-8), passed by the Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court, Panipat, vide which the reference was decided against the workman and the workman has now come to this Court challenging this very award. A similar award of the same date was challenged in C.W.P. No. 14923 of 2008 titled Mahender Singh Vesus Presiding Officer, Industrial Tribunal-cum- Labour Court, Panipat and another, wherein a Division Bench of this Court vide order dated 25.08.2008 was pleased to dismiss the same.
In view of the order passed by this Court in C.W.P. No. 14923 of 2008 referred to above, this writ petition also stands dismissed in the same terms.
