Section 6(2) in The Collection of Entertainment Duty on Cable Television (including Entertainments Duty leviable or Direct-to-Home (DTH) Broadcasting Service) by Way of Public Auction Rules, 2003

(2)A bidder shall not submit more than one offer. If he submits more than one offer, only the highest offer shall be considered. No representation in this regard shall be entertained.
