On the last date of hearing, i.e., 05.01.2026 05.01.2026,, the following was recorded:

1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant seeks discharge in the present matter. The same is allowed.
2. In view of the same, Registry is directed to issue fresh notice to the applicant.

2. Notices have been issued to the applicants on 13.01.2026. However, none appeared for the applicants. Even today, there is no appearance on behalf of the applicants applicant and no request is made for passover. Therefore, it appears that the applicants applicant have lost interest in pursuing the matter.
3. In view of the above, the O.A. is dismissed in default and for non-
non prosecution on behalf of the applicants.. All pending MAs, if any, shall also stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
