Section 2(d) in The Bihar Land Reforms (Fixation of Ceiling Area and Acquisition of Surplus Land) Rules, 1963
(d)all words and expressions used in these Rules and not defined therein but defined in the Act shall respectively have the same meaning as are assigned to them in the Act.
