Present contempt petition has been filed for non-compliance of order dated 20.03.2014 passed in Writ Petition No.5602 (M/B) of 2013 whereby direction was issued to consider the claim of the petitioner in accordance with law and pay whatever amount is found payable to him.
The petition is pending since 2014. From the record, it appears that the petitioner had served a copy of the order on the respondent through application dated 26.03.2014. More than five years have gone by and it is most probable that the order of the writ court might have been complied with.
In view the above, the contempt petition is disposed of.
In case the order of the writ court has not been complied with, it is open for the petitioner to move an appropriate application.
