3A. Sumptuary Allowance.
- In addition to the salary payable under section 3, there shall be paid, with effect from [1st April 2017] [Substituted '1st April, 2012' by Rajasthan Act No. 26 of 2017, dated 18.5.2017.] to the Speaker and the Deputy Speaker of the Legislative Assembly, a sumptuary allowance of [fifty thousand rupees] [Substituted 'thirty thousand rupees' by Rajasthan Act No. 26 of 2017, dated 18.5.2017.] per mensem.
