28. University to follow rules, regulations etc. of the Regulating Bodies.
(1)The University shall be prohibited from conferring any degrees, not recognized by the University Grants Commission or its equivalent body constituted by the Central Government.(2)It shall be mandatory for the University to follow the University Grants Commission (Establishment and Maintenance of Standards in Private Universities) Regulations, 2003, or any other regulations made for Private Universities by the University Grants Commission or other Regulatory Bodies.
