Section 28(1) in Bihar Sports (Registration, Recognition and Regulation of Associations) Act, 2013
(1)No person or group or persons, either individually or collectively shall represent or be allowed to represent the State of Bihar in any games or sports without being authorized by a registered and recognised State Level Sports Association.
