On 03.02.2017, the Hon'ble Court granted liberty to the petitioner to place on record the requisite documents as mentioned therein. The needful was not done. Vide Learned Registrar Court's order dated 14.07.2017, four weeks' further time was granted. Since then, neither requisite documents have been filed nor anyone is present on behalf of the petitioner. Obviously, the petitioner seems to have lost interest in the matter.
The Writ Petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
