Section 2(62AA) in West Bengal Municipal Act, 1993
(62AA)[ "Urban Development Sub-Committee" means the Urban Development Sub-Committee constituted under sub-section (4) of section 10 of the West Bengal District Planning Committee Act, 1994] [Inserted by the West Bengal Act 32 of 1997, w.e.f. 18.3.1998.][[(62B)] [Re-numbered as clause (62B) by the Act XLV of 1994, w.e.f 10 10.1994.] 'ward" means an administrative division of a Municipality;] [Inserted by the West Bengal Act 32 of 1997, w.e.f. 18.3.1998.]
