Section 16(b) in New Bombay Disposal Land Regulations, 1975
(b)'Corporation' means the City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra Limited, incorporated under the Indian Companies Act, 1956 and declared as the New Town Development Authority by the Government.
