(2)The Board may pass any order on the appeal either allowing or rejecting the appeal recording the reasons therefore. In a case of appeal against the order of the market committee, the Board may, for sufficient reasons to be recorded in writing, pass orders staying the operation of the order appealed against, pending disposal of the appeal.
