(1)The Court shall meet at least twice a year on dates to be fixed by the Vice-Chancellor. One of such meetings shall be held in January and shall be called the Annual General Meeting. The Court may also met at such other times as it may, from time to time, determine.(2)The Vice-Chancellor, whenever, he thinks fit, and shall, upon a requisition in writing signed by not less than one third of the members, of the Court, convene a special meeting of the Court.
