10. Meetings.
(1)Every authority shall meet at such time and place, as the concerned Member- Secretary may determine in consultation with the Chairperson and shall observe such procedure with regard to the transaction of its business at such meetings, as may be prescribed.(2)The quorum for the transaction of business at a meeting shall be minimum twothird of the total members including the Chairperson.
