Sixteenth Loksabha an> tilte: The Minister of State of the Ministry of Skill Development And Entrepreneurship And Minister of State in the Ministry Of Parliamentary Affairs made a statement regarding Government Business during the week commencing the 7th December, 2015 and submission made by Members.
THE MINISTER OF STATE OF THE MINISTRY OF SKILL DEVELOPMENT AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND MINISTER OF STATE IN THE MINISTRY OF PARLIAMENTARY AFFAIRS (SHRI RAJIV PRATAP RUDY): With your permission Madam, I rise to announce that Government Business during the week commencing Monday, the 7th of December, 2015, will consist of:-
1. Consideration of any item of Government Business carried over from today's Order paper.
2. Consideration and passing of the following Bills: -
(a) The Indian Trusts (Amendment) Bill, 2015; (b) The Payment of Bonus (Amendment) Bill, 2015; (c) The Industries (Development and Regulation) Amendment Bill,2015. 3. Discussion and Voting on:- (a) Supplementary Demands for Grants (General) for 2015-16 (Second Batch) (b) Demands for Excess Grants (General) for 2012-13. 4. Consideration and passing of the Prevention of Corruption (Amendment) Bill, 2013, after it is passed by Rajya Sabha.
श्री कौशलेन्द्र कुमार (नालंदा) : माननीय अध्यक्ष महोदया, आगामी सप्ताह की कार्य सूची में निम्नलिखित विषयों को जोड़ा जाए :-
1. मेरे संसदीय क्षेत्र नालन्दा अंतर्गत प्रत्येक किसानों के खेतों की सिंचाई हेतु 500 फीट की गहराई से पानी के लिए टय़ूबेल लगाने हेतु सब्सिउ की व्यवस्था कराई जाए। 99 प्रतिशत सब्सिडी की व्यवस्था कराई जाए, जिससे किसानों में खुशहाली हो सके।
2. देश में प्रत्येक वृद्ध, महिला, मजदूर-किसान, जिसकी आयु 60 साल से अधिक हो, उसके लिए पेंशन में बीपीएल श्रेणी की सीमा जो बांधी गई है, उसे समाप्त किया जाए। उनके लिए पेंशन की व्यवस्था कराई जाए, जिससे कि देश के सभी लोग आत्मनिर्भर हो सकें और भुखमरी का सामना नहीं करना पड़े।
श्री राजीव सातव (हिंगोली) : माननीय अध्यक्ष महोदया, आगामी सप्ताह की कार्यसूची में, महाराष्ट्र में अकाल की स्थिति, विशेषकर मराठवाड़ा और विदर्भ में जो अकाल की स्थिति है, पर चर्चा कराने की मांग करता हूँ।

SHRI P.P. CHAUDHARY (PALI): Madam, I want the following item to be included in the next week’s Business:
Discussion on Mechanism for Appointment of Supreme Court and High Court Judges to increase transparency in the appointment of judges and ensure the will of the people and the supremacy of Parliament in the sphere of Legislation.
श्री छेदी पासवान (सासाराम) : माननीय अध्यक्ष महोदया, कृपया अगले सप्ताह की कार्यसूची में मेरे निम्नलिखित दो विषयों को सम्मिलित किया जाए।
1. भारत के सभी संसदीय क्षेत्रों को सुचारू रूप से विकसित करने के लिए सांसद स्थानीय क्षेत्र विकास योजना के अंतर्गत सांसद निधि (एमपीलैड्स) में राशि बढ़ाने के संबंध में।
2. मेरे संसदीय क्षेत्र सासाराम (बिहार) के कैमूर जिलान्तर्गत मोहनियां प्रखण्ड में मरीजों के इलाज हेतु कैन्सर सेन्टर स्थापित करने के संबंध में।
SHRI MULLAPPALLY RAMCHANDRAN (VADAKARA): Madam Speaker, I request you to include the following subjects in the agenda for next week’s business in the Lok Sabha:
1. Deep crisis faced by more than 10 lakh rubber farmers in view of steep fall in the price of natural rubber.
2. Alarming situation arising out of abnormal level of pollution in Delhi.
श्री सी.आर.चौधरी (नागौर) : अध्यक्ष महोदया, अगले सप्ताह की कार्यसूची में निम्नांकित विषयों को सम्मिलित किया जाए:
1. राजस्थान की राजधानी जयपुर एवं उसके पश्चात् जनसंख्या की दृष्टि से बड़ा शहर जोधपुर है। इन दोनां प्रमुख शहरों के बीच जो रेलवे लाइन जयपुर-फुलेरा-डेगाना-मेड़ता रोड-जोधपुर है, उसका दोहरीकरण एवं विद्युतिकरण होना अति आवश्यक है। अतः मेरा विनम्र निवेदन है कि इस महत्वपूर्ण मुद्दे को सम्मिलित किया जाए।
2. पश्चिमी राजस्थान के अधिकतर जिलों में खरीफ फसल वर्ष 2015 में 60 प्रतिशत से अधिक खराब होने के बावजूद अकालग्रस्त जिलों में उसका नाम नहीं है। अतः इस महत्वपूर्ण विषय को भी चर्चा में सम्मिलित कराने का अनुरोध करता हूं।
DR. A. SAMPATH (ATTINGAL): Madam Speaker, I would request you to include the following matters in the next week’s agenda:
1. The Centre-State relations as envisaged under the Constitution of India have to be protected in financial, administrative and judicial matters so as to ensure cooperative federalism. The impact of international treaties without Parliament’s assent has to be reviewed.
2. Even after 31 years of Bhopal gas tragedy, thousands of people are suffering from the hazardous chemical side effects while it is also reported that organ samples of victims of the 1984 tragedy have mysteriously gone missing from Madhya Pradesh Medico Legal Institute which were crucial evidences against UCI.
HON. SPEAKER: Only subject matter, that is all.
PROF. SAUGATA ROY (DUM DUM): Madam Speaker, I move that the following items be included in the list of Government business for the week commencing on 7th December 2015:
1. There is a tremendous shortage of raw jute in the country production being below the requirement of 100 lakh metric tonnes. This is aggravated by Bangladesh having stopped export of raw jute. There is immediate need for de-hoarding operation by Jute Commissioner’s Office. Otherwise, jute mills will close down throwing two and a half lakh workers out of employment.
HON. SPEAKER: Only subject matter you have to mention. It should not be that lengthy.
PROF. SAUGATA ROY: This is very short. Whatever is written, I am reading.
2. The situation on the Indo-Nepal border is serious and tense due to the ongoing agitation by Madhesis and Tharus protesting against the new Nepal Constitution which discriminates against them. There has been a blockade by them for 110 days leading to shortage of fuel, food and medicines in Nepal. This is leading to anti-India propaganda which is false. The Government of India must intervene diplomatically to normalize the situation.
मैडम, इस विषय पर एक चर्चा होनी चाहिए, राज्य सभा में इस विषय पर चर्चा हुई है। आज नेपाल की स्थिति बहुत खराब है।...(व्यवधान)

डॉ. किरिट पी. सोलंकी (अहमदाबाद) : अध्यक्ष महोदया, मेरा निवेदन है कि निम्नलिखित विषयों को अगले सप्ताह की कार्यसूची में सम्मिलित किया जाए:
1. डॉ.भीमराव अम्बेडकर जी के 125वीं जन्म जयन्ती पर अनुसूचित जाति, जनजाति बस्तियों में केंद्रीय विद्यालय तर्ज पर अम्बेडकर विद्यालयों की स्थापना की जाए।
2. भारत के पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री श्री मोरार जी देसाई जी के समाधि स्थल अभयघाट, अहमदाबाद की सभी कानूनी औपचारिकताओं को पूरा करके, उसका चहुंमुखी विकास किया जाए।
