Section 35 in The Companies (Second Amendment) Act, 2002
35. Amendment of sections 304 and 307.- In sections 304 and 307 of the principal Act, for the words'' Company Law Board'', the words '' Central Government or Tribunal, as the case may be'' shall be substituted.
