Section 11(1) in THE DELHI INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT, OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE ACT, 2010
(1)The Corporation shall, by such date in each year as may be prescribed, prepare and submit to the Government for approval an annual financial statement and the programme of work including operation and maintenance of industrial areas, industrial estates and flatted factories complexes for the succeeding financial year.
