129. Furnishing of free copy in a joint application.
Where a joint application or appeal is made, only one free copy of the order contemplated by rule 23 of the AFT (Procedure) Rules, 2008, shall be issued, either to their legal practitioners or if they are appearing in person, to any one of the applicants. __________(1) Vide S.R.O. 6(E), dated 11th May, 2009, published in the Gazette of India, Extra., Pt.
