Section 15(1) in The Sugar Development Fund Rules, 1983
(1)Any journey performed by a member of the Committee or sub-committee or a special invitee in connection with the work of the committee or sub-committee within the city limits of his headquarters shall be performed by such person making use of the facility available to him from his employer provided that a person other than Government Officer or an employee of an undertaking owned or controlled by the Central or, State Government shall be entitled to reimbursement of taxi hire charges at actual rates.
