Section 2(1)(b) in The National Housing Bank (Tax Saving) Term Deposit Scheme, 2008

(b)"depositor" means-

(i)An individual; or

(ii)A Hindu Undivided Family by whom money is deposited in the term deposit in accordance with this scheme;
