The Court :-APOT 226 of 2013 is filed by West Bengal Industrial Development Corporation Limited challenging an order passed by Hon'ble Single Judge dated April 29, 2013 in an application under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
APOT 227 of 2013 is filed by Haldia Petrochemicals Company Limited challenging the same order.
Therefore, to avoid conflicting judicial opinions, both the appeals shall be heard together.
It is placed on record that GA 1603 of 2013 and GA 1604 of 2013 are applications for intervention in those appeals, that is, APOT 226 of 2013 and APOT 227 of 2013 respectively by Indian Oil Corporation Limited.
GA 1639 of 2013 and GA 1640 of 2013 are applications for intervention at the instance of Government of West Bengal in APOT 227 of 2013 and APOT 226 of 2013 respectively.
Put up those applications on the next date of hearing, 11.07.2013.
Interim order already granted shall continue till the pendency of this appeal.
