Section 1 in Kerala Public Ways (Restriction of Assemblies and Processions) Act, 2011
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Kerala Public Ways (Restriction of Assemblies and Processions) Act, 2011.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Kerala.(3)It shall come into force at once.
