Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the opposite parties.
By this writ petition, the petitioners have prayed for quashing the Notification dated 17.01.2009 issued under Section 4 (1) and the Notification dated 25.05.2009 issued under Section 6 read with Section 17(1) (4) of the Land Acquisition Act.
Learned counsel for the parties have agreed that the issues raised in this writ petition are fully covered by the judgment of the Division Bench of this Court in Nand Kishore Gupta and others Vs. State of U.P. and others reported in 2009 (10) ADJ 535 DB.
The same issues having been decided by the Division Bench of this Court in Nand Kishore (Supra) case, this writ petition is to be decided in same manner.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
