Section 5(3) in Pepsu Road Transport Corporation Rules, 1977
(3)The Corporation may provide a staff car for the use of the Chairman for the discharge of his duties under the Act; and where the Chairman uses such staff car for any journey no travelling allowance shall be paid to him in respect of that journey.
