Section 298(1)(iv) in Bihar Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2005

(iv)hold an inquiry into the cause of any accident or dangerous occurrence which he has reasons to believe was the result of any operation connected with or incidental to such building or other construction work, of non-compliance with any of the provisions of the Act or these rules.
