Section 14(1) in The Himachal Pradesh National Law University Act, 2016
(1)The Governing Council shall meet at least once in a year. The annual meeting of the Governing Council shall be held on a date fixed by the Executive Council unless some other date has been fixed by the Governing Council in respect of a year.
