Section 3(iii) in Rules Framed under the Madhya Pradesh Abolition of Proprietary Rights (Estates, Mahals, Alienated Lands) Act, 1950
(iii)the land proposed to be brought under cultivation has a soil suitable for being cultivated and the circumstances of the proprietor are such that he would be able to cultivate the additional land.
