Section 16(1) in The Shimla Road Users and Pedestrians (Public Safety and Convenience) Act, 2007
(1)With effect from such date, as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint, there shall be established for the purposes of this Act, a fund to be called "the Shimla Road Users and Pedestrians Amenities Fund".
