Section 2(l) in The Port Of New Mangalore Rules, 1976
(l)"Traffic Manager", means the officer, for the time being, in charge of traffic operations in the port and includes the Deputy and Assistant Traffic Managers and any other officer acting under the authority of the Traffic Manager.
