Section 33 in The Rabindra Mukta Vidyalaya Act, 2001
33. Payment of allowances.
- Subject to the provisions of section 6, the members of the [Council] [Word substituted for the word 'Vidyalaya' by W.B. Act 13 of 2006.] or of any Committee constituted under this Act shall receive such allowances for attending the meetings of the [Council] [Word substituted for the word 'Vidyalaya' by W.B. Act 13 of 2006.] or the Committee, as the case may be, or for such other purposes, as the State Government may determine.
