219A. [ Compensation for damage. [Added by Punjab Act No. 2 of 1923.]
- Every person convicted of an offence under this Act on account of any act or omission, shall notwithstanding any punishment to which he may have been sentenced for such offence, pay compensation, the amount of which shall be determined by the magistrate before whom he was so convicted, to the committee for any damage that may have occurred to any property of the committee, in consequence of such act or omission.]
