(a)to co-operate with the [Secretary] [In place of word 'Chairman' the word 'Secretary' substituted by Amendment Act 32 of 2001.] for carrying into effect and enforcing the provisions of this Act or any rule enforcing the provisions of this Act or any rule or regulation made thereunder;
