Section 4(2)(i) in The M.P. Zila Yojana Samiti Adhiniyam, 1995

(i)Four-fifths of the total number of members of the Committee shall be elected in the prescribed manner by and from amongst the elected members of the Zila Panchayat and of the Municipalities in the district or group of revenue districts, as the case may be.
