Section 12(3)(a) in The M.P. Moneylenders Act, 1934

(a)[ (i) the other particulars to be stated in the voucher under clause (e) of sub-section (2) of Section 2-A; [Inserted by M.P. Act No. 30 of 1982.]
(ii)the time within which a copy of the voucher shall be forwarded to the [Sub-Divisional Officer] under sub-section (3) of Section 2-A;]
