Order 12/07/2018 Learned counsel for the petitioners has fairly submitted that during the pendency of the writ petitions, Notification No.26/2018

- C.T. dated 13-Jun-2018 has been issued vide which the legal (2 of 2) [CW-7115/2018] anomaly as raised in the present writ petitions has been resolved and therefore he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petitions with liberty to file fresh in case occasion so arises.

The writ petitions are accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
