Section 318(2) in U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Rules, 1952
(2)The permission to dispose of the land granted under sub-paragraph (1) may be made conditional upon the transferee becoming a member of the farm. If such a condition is imposed the transferee shall become a member of the farm.
