Section 10(4) in Himachal Pradesh Specified Essential Commodities (Regulation of Distribution) Order, 2019
(4)Every person applying for ration card, shall deposit a fee of rupees twenty-five with the specified authority before such card is issued to him. The specified authority shall deposit the fee collected under this clause into the Government Treasury under the appropriate head of account:Provided that the Antodaya Households and Priority Households selected under the Nation Food Security Act, 2013, shall be exempted from such Ration card fee.
