Section 10(6)(d) in The M.P. Housing Board Regulations, 1977

(d)Notice of every meeting specifying the time and place thereof and the business to be transacted thereat shall be despatched to every member of the committee three clear days before an ordinary meeting and two clear days before a special meeting.
