6. Fixing of Upset Price.
- After ascertaining the value of material, proposals shall be submitted by the Gram Panchayat to the District Committee through the District Panchayat Officer to notify the sand bearing areas for Public Auction for fixing upset price. Nearly 70% of the market value of material can be taken as a guideline for fixing upset price.
