17. Disciplinary action.
- Notwithstanding anything provided in these regulations, the Council shall have powers to take such disciplinary action as it thinks fit against any Higher Secondary School/Junior College, if circumstances so demand.Appendix IInitial conditions for permission to open a new H.S.
