It was apprehended by Mr. Tushar Mehta, learned Solicitor General, the respondent may go in insolvency, in order to scuttle the dues of National Highway Authority of India (NHAI). In case any such attempt is made, it is open to the NHAI to file appropriate application in this Court. The special leave petition is, accordingly, disposed of. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
