Sri P.S. Pandey along with Sri Phool Singh, learned counsel for the applicant. Sri R.K. Srivastava, learned counsel for the respondents.

2. By way of the instant original application filed under section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 the applicants impugned their transfer order dated 25.11.2011 (Annexure-1). At the very outset learned counsel for the applicants made a statement at the Bar that the applicants will be satisfied if respondents be directed to consider and decide the pending representation against their transfer, copy of which are appended as Annexure-7 and Annexure-8 to the OA within a specified period of time. In view of the statement made by the counsel for the applicant and of the fact that the representation against the transfer orders are pending, it will be in the ends of justice if a direction be given to respondent no.2 to decide the pending representation of the applicant within fifteen days from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. Sri R.K. Srivastava, who is having advance copy of OA appeared and raised no objection.

4. In view of the above, the respondent no.2 is directed to take a final decision on the pending representation of the applicant within fifteen days from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order.

5. The OA stands disposed of. No Costs. Till the representation is decided, the impugned order qua the applicant will be kept in abeyance. While deciding the representation, the authorities are at liberty to pass an order in accordance with law.
