5 27.01.2011This application has been pending since July 2010. Today learned counsel for the Union of India prays for three weeks' time to seek instruction and file counter affidavit.
Although the prayer for time is quite belated and the counter affidavit on behalf of the Railways has already been filed, we are inclined to grant the aforesaid adjournment by way of last opportunity.
As prayed, put up this matter on 22nd of February, 2011 under the same heading.
