% 01.11.2023 CO. APPL. 1368/2019 File is placed before this Court vide order dated 06.07.2023 of the Hon'ble Court for completion of service and pleadings.
It is observed in order dated 19.10.2023 that in place of Mr. Simon Benjamin, learned counsel for Mr. Sunil Kalra and Mr. YR Gupta, it is inadvertently mentioned as learned counsel for Official Liquidator seeks time to file reply to the pending application whereas it is the application filed by the Official Liquidator only. The mistake appreciated as bonafide is hereby corrected for future proceedings. This is a digitally signed order.
