Section 7(1) in The Bihar (Coal Mining) Area Development Authority Act, 1986
(1)The term of office of the Chairman and the members of the Authority shall be of three years and conditions of service shall be such as may be prescribed under rules and they shall be entitled to receive such salaries or allowances or both as may be fixed by the Government.
