Section 559(i) in Civil Court Rules of the High Court of Judicature at Patna
(i)The Sarishtadar of every Court will be held responsible for the due and prompt performance of all duties connected with the management and supervision of the office. He is responsible for the condition of the office, the records kept there and the work done by the staff employed.
