17. Submission of Reports.
(1)The Commission shall present annually a consolidated report on the performance of its functions under this Act to the Government.(2)The Commission may, at its discretion, submit from time to time special reports on any matter of public importance to the Government.(3)On receipt of the annual report under sub-section (1) or a special report under sub-section (2), the Government shall lay a copy thereof, with an explanatory memorandum before each House of the State Legislature.
